2023 Workshop Paper Submission

Deadline: 04/07/2023 (6:00 PM, Pacific Time)

The deadline for submitting workshop papers is March 30th, 2023 at 6 PM, Pacific Time. Notification of acceptance will be sent by April 12th, and authors whose papers are accepted will have two days to make improvements. The final camera-ready version of the papers must be submitted by April 14th, 2023 at 6 PM, Pacific Time. All accepted papers will be accessible at IEEE Xplore Digital Library and CVF Open Access.

If you plan to compete for awards, you must submit workshop papers following the author guidelines of CVPR 2023. The requirements for submission are the same as for the main conference, except that teams should submit in camera-ready format due to the short review period. Papers should be submitted on the CMT site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AICity2023.

Teams may use the leaderboards from the evaluation system as temporary experimental results in their workshop papers. However, challenge awards for the winners and runners-up are subject to the following conditions: (1) acceptance of their workshop papers based on peer review comments, (2) open sourcing for public access on GitHub, including training code, testing code, and additional annotations (due April 14th, 2023), and (3) validation of the GitHub repositories to reproduce the results on the Public leaderboards without using external private data or manual labels on the test sets. The final winners of Track 3 and Track 4 will be determined using reserved testing datasets.
