2025 Workshop Paper Submission
The deadline for submitting workshop papers is July 6, 2025 at 5:59 AM Pacific Time / 11:59 PM Anywhere on Earth, and this is a hard deadline required by ICCV 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 11, 2025. The final camera-ready papers are due by August 18, 2025. All accepted papers will be accessible at IEEE Xplore Digital Library and CVF Open Access.
To be eligible for awards, papers must follow ICCV 2025 author guidelines, with the only difference being a maximum page limit of 6 pages (excluding references) for the AI City Challenge Workshop, instead of 8. A minimum of 4 pages (excluding references) is required for inclusion in the ICCV proceedings, and all submissions must follow the official ICCV formatting instructions, which can be found here.
The review process is not double-blind, so please include author names and affiliations in your PDF submission. In accordance with ICCV 2025 requirements, the title, abstract, keywords, and author list (names and affiliations) must be finalized at the time of submission and cannot be changed for the camera-ready version.
Teams may use the leaderboards from the evaluation system as temporary experimental results in their workshop papers. However, challenge awards for the winners and runners-up are subject to the following conditions: (1) acceptance of their workshop papers based on peer review comments, (2) open sourcing for public access on GitHub, including training code, testing code, and additional annotations (due September 19th, 2025), and (3) validation of the GitHub repositories to reproduce the results on the Public leaderboards without using external private data or manual labels on the test sets. For certain tracks, the final winners will be determined using reserved testing datasets if specified in the track description.
