2026 Workshop Paper Submission

- Paper Submission Deadline: July 24, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) — hard deadline required by ECCV 2026
- Acceptance Notification: August 1, 2026
- Camera-ready Deadline: August 15, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth)
- Publication: All accepted papers will be published by Springer.

- Paper length: 4–14 pages (excluding references). Papers outside this range cannot be published by Springer.
- Review policy: Reviews are NOT double-blind. Please include author names and affiliations in the PDF submission. Per ECCV 2026 requirements, the title, abstract, keywords, and author list (names and affiliations) must be finalized at submission and cannot be changed for the camera-ready version.
- Challenge results: Teams may use the evaluation leaderboard as preliminary experimental results in their papers. However, challenge awards for winners and runners-up remain contingent upon (1) paper acceptance through peer review, (2) open-sourcing the required code and annotations on GitHub by August 7, 2026, and (3) successful reproduction of the public leaderboard results without external private data or manual labels on the test set (except Track 4, where no test data may be used and overfitted results will be excluded).
- Eligibility: Paper submissions are welcome from both AI City Challenge participants and non-participants. Acceptance will primarily be based on technical merit rather than challenge ranking.
